Make sure you do your training this week.
Your schedule is:
Day 1- Jog for 10 minutes/Walk for 5 min (Repeat Once)
Day 2- Jog for 10 minutes/Walk for 5 min (Repeat Once)
Day 3- Jog for 10 minutes/Walk for 5 min (Repeat Once)

Be kind to yourself. Be proud of yourself.
Keep it up...it WILL be worth it!

See you next Saturday at 6:25....We start running at 6:30

    Thanks for being out there with us. We had 14 people and 4 more expected for next week. We might need to buy stock in Power Aid and Shot Blocks. :) We couldn't do it without you!
