Saturday, May 22-Trotters In Training Group and Recovery Run

Group 1: Newbie Trotters
This is for anyone unable to comfortably run 3 miles. We look forward to having all the new Trinity Trotters join us this Saturday, May 22nd and Saturday, May 29th for an information session and short walk-run. We will gradually help you reach your goal of completing a 5K, 10K, half marathon, or full marathon. We are friendly, supportive, and we promise you'll laugh! If you cannot run one step...that is fine!!! We can help!!! Just come!

Group 2: Distance Trotters or Can Already Run 3 Miles
This week we are having a short recovery run for all those that completed the Cleveland Half and Full Marathon. The following week (May 29th) you'll be provided with a new training schedule, which will get you ready for a fall half or full marathon. The distance on May 29th will be 10 miles. Any person is welcome even if you don't want to train for a specific race!
