Details for Thursday's Training



  1. Arrive 15 minutes early (7:15 p.m.) to complete an injury survey, fitness goals summary, and waiver for Nic Saluppo
  2. Bring $15 cash or a check made out to Nic Saluppo
  3. Wear comfortable clothing and running shoes
  4. Bring a bottle of water
  5. Be ready to laugh and have fun
  6. Kindly refrain from gas producing foods prior to the training. Wear deodorant. If you fart...we will not pretend it didn't happen!
A mandatory RSVP to Hope Magnus was required to attend this event.  Space was limited. 

GROUP RUN/WALK
Feel free to join the group for a 4 mile run led by Lynne Schapiro. Meet at Trinity Church of the Nazarene (2780 Canton Road Uniontown, OH) at 6:25 p.m.
