The Veteran Trotters are running 15 miles on Saturday
Game Plan
We will all run the 5 mile out-and-back route together at our training pace. You'll then run the second leg of your run for 10 miles. The 10 mile route will start from my house and be another out-and-back.
I'll post the 10 mile route later this evening! You'll conquer your 15 miles, but instead of a 7.5 mile out-and-back. You'll have a 2.5 mile out-and-back and a 5 out-and-back...totalling 15 miles.
