Do you run alone? Do you carry an ID when you run? If you were unconscious how could people help you? Would they know your name? Would they have an emergency number?

ReplyDeleteI thought Shannon took care of any pesky "gray" hairs every 4-6 weeks. You know, I've had my hair colored for so long...I don't think I'd know if I ever got a gray hair. Well, that's probably for the best. I'm vain and might not be able to handle to trauma of it all.
