Training for this week!

Veteran Trotters:
14 weeks until AKRON MARATHON

Day 1: 3 miles
Day 2: 6 miles
Day 3: 3 miles
SATURDAY LONG RUN: 12 miles


Trotters in Training:
Day 1: 20 minute run/5 minute walk (Repeat Once)
Day 2: 20 minute run/5 minute walk (Repeat Once)
Day 3: 20 minute run/5 minute walk (Repeat Once)
SATURDAY LONG RUN: 20 minute run/5 minute walk (Repeat Once)

If the schedule above is too aggressive...Don't worry. Do what you can and be proud of what you CAN accomplish!!!
