A Runner's Reflection

You are at the point in training when people get weary, tired, and question why they signed up for this madness. Sometimes you need to reflect and put things back in perspective. I hope these questions help you realize how far you've come!

Why did you decide to run a marathon in the first place?


How has running improved your life physically and mentally?


What would your life look like if you had never started running? Better or Worse?


Has running been a physical or mental struggle for you? If both, which one is harder? How has this struggle gotten better since your first run?
